About

As a resident of Hoboken, NJ, I want to promote the city and its great mix of urban and suburban living. But I also want to change it for the better and hope that this blog will help others realize that a great home can be better if like ideas spread through the community.

  • As a recent arrival to Hoboken, I have one major question: What's with the helicopter traffic?
Where are they all going? Why do most of them fly north to south (and not back)?
I thought tourist rides were banned after the recent gruesome helicopter/small plane crash over the Hudson?

    Information is most welcome.
