For those who happen to haven’t stumbled upon this blog before, I’ve updated the look and feel. One might say I’ve joined the big leagues and no longer use Blogger as my choice of blogging software. Instead, I’ve converted to WordPress which powers other popular Hoboken websites such as Hoboken411, HobokenSPC, and, now, Hoboken Parks. For those bloggers in the know, WordPress is a powerful, free, and open-source content management system that can be used for more than just blogging but we know what it’s used for here… blogging about Hoboken.
As I look into all that WordPress has to offer, I’ll be adding polls, movies, and a few other things that will enrich the site. I don’t want to make it a place of business like some of the other (skilled) bloggers/webmasters have done but create a forum for people to see Hoboken from my perspective and comment on those thoughts and observations.
But I am looking to expand the audience a bit and if anyone wants to contribute to the blog with me, submit some sample writings about Hoboken and we’ll help change Hoboken for the better together. Drop a line in the comments section (be sure to include your real email address) and I’ll email you back with the forwarding address for the submissions.
